NanoMonolith project team received an innovation prize from Stockholm city for the innovation. Lennart Bergstrom, Petr Vasiliev and Niklas Hedin received SEK 120 kSEK for a new method to produce micro-porous catalytic reactors without the addition of binders that can operate in, for example, the production of biofuels. The invention enables the production of catalytic reactors with higher mechanical and chemical stability than today's available technology.
